Before signing a listing agreement, it's important to know that Belize does not have an MLS service yet and few brokers work together as co brokers.  We highly recommend that you ask the broker with whom you plan to sign a listing agreement if they co broker with other brokers in Belize and who those brokers are and check with those brokers. 

If their answer is "no", it means that only one broker will advertise and sell your property.  Even if another broker finds a buyer for your property, your property will not sell and that is not a good idea!
